David J. Balint has been practicing law since 1974.  The practice mostly centers on representing people who have been seriously injured due to the negligence of someone else.  This includes automobile and motorcycle cases, wrongful death cases, pedestrian and bicycle accidents, construction site injuries, and other cases in which a person becomes seriously injured due to the fault of a third party.  Included in "personal injury" are persons injured by medical malpractice by healthcare professionals or organizations. The practice also includes representing persons who have been injured by the negligence of lawyers (legal malpractice).

In addition, the firm does business litigation representing businesses in their lawsuits with other businesses or persons.  David welcomes any questions and will try to assist you in finding a lawyer if your concern is outside his practice areas.
